Kyro is now in Open Beta!
Headlining New Features
- Open Beta
- Workspace Themes
- Workspace Banners
- Automatic Task Response Flows
- Combined Workspace Logbook
Precise Changelog
- We're now in open beta! Applications have been removed and everyone has been granted beta access.
- Workspace themes are now available. They are experimental and may lead to interface issues, so switch back to the default white theme if you're experiencing issues.
- You can now set a workspace banner which appears on the home page. Nothing appears if no banner is set and you don't have permission to upload one.
- Kyro can now automatically add logbook entries, adjust wallet balances and rank users who complete or don't complete their weekly tasks.
- Workspaces are designed to sync the latest data on each data load. If there's an issue with this, you can now force a resynchronisation of your workspace data.
- A workspace setup guide now appears at the top of the settings page. All 6 tasks must be completed for the guide to disappear. Following the guide allows you to get a feel for Kyro and set up the important features.
- More API endpoints have been introduced. With the exclusion of ranking, we only offer GET endpoints. We'll eventually be introducing POST, PUT, PATCH and potentially DELETE endpoints.
- The AI Assistant now operates on a completely new system which uses fewer tokens and provides much more accurate data. The AI also has access to more workspace and user information. AI quota has been adjusted.
- Sessions can now recur every 1–3 hours, as well as our existing options such as weekly, monthly and annually.
- Knowledgebase resources can now be locked to certain ranks.
- Promotion recommendation UI has been improved.
- Active tasks in Settings now show the rank names they're assigned to instead of rank IDs.
- All session tags can now be disabled from Settings.
- Forms now take up the full page instead of being a prompt and show animations on opening and closing, as well as a success message.
- The time taken to complete a form is now measured, recorded and displayed.
- You can now delete individual form responses.
- You can now view the workspace logbook, which contains everyone's logbook entries sorted by the most recent entries. Profile privacy remains in effect.
- You can now bulk-log wallet payments in task reviews.
- The Settings page is now more visually appealing with lots of UI enhancements.
- Logbook entries made in bulk are clearly labelled.
- Logbook entries made automatically are clearly labelled.
- Fixed an issue where the first-run input date for recurring wallet payments was a white box.
- Recurring wallet payments are now limited to 5 payments for Free workspaces and 25 payments for Pro workspaces.
- Activity heatmaps are now locked to Pro.
Thank you for choosing Kyro, and we look forward to providing you with more updates like these!

Precise Changelog
- Promotion recommendations have arrived! Through the staff page, you can now recommend employees for a promotion. Managers can vote on the recommendation and provide their input. Recommendations can then be finalised and employees can be automatically ranked and logged
- Timelogs are here! Employees can create time-logs which automatically add minutes to their activity record - this is useful if you count other tasks as activity, such as Discord moderation. Timelogged minutes are labelled and can be revoked by managers
- Introducing task reviews! Through the staff page, managers can view a list of employees who completed and haven't completed their assigned tasks. The option to add logbook entries in bulk is also available, and automatic ranking is an option too
- You can now search through Kyro to find the tool you want to access in seconds! Open the Search prompt on the sidebar or use the CTRL+K keybind
- The permissions page has received a complete overhaul! Animated, customised and so much easier to navigate, we're sure you'll love it
- The bar chart in the activity page can now be flipped to a 365-day heatmap
- Leaderboards now show Discord avatars
- Employees can no longer view the profiles of employees at higher ranks (or the same rank) than them. This is called profile privacy
- A permission to bypass profile privacy has been created
- Managers can now add and remove minutes from an employee's activity record
- Logbook entries which were made in bulk are now labelled
- Playtime history records which are manually recorded or are a result of a timelog are now labelled
- Cancelled timelog records are now labelled and remain in the history
- Time off 'days logged' are now more accurate, and do not reset when a time off session is cancelled
- Activity tracking limitations are now implemented. We prioritise the higher ranks, and staff who don't have their activity tracked are clearly labelled for both managers and the employee
- You can no longer circumvent the activity tracking limitation through manual additions or timelogs
- Workspace name truncation has been fixed
- A workspace selector has been added to the account dashboard, removing the beta testing phase tracker. We are still in closed beta, so a banner has been added instead
- A new section in the account dashboard has been made for workspace creation and beta access requests
- A banner appears when you attempt to access a workspace without both Roblox and Discord linked
- You get a nice surprise when you visit a workspace on your birthday
- Removed employee IDs on leaderboards
- Removed beta testing phase status checker on dashboard
- Removed minimum access/management ranks. These are only to setup workspace permissions on workspace creation, and granular permissions are the sole primary method to configure workspace permissions
Thank you for choosing Kyro, and we look forward to providing you with more updates like these!

Hi everyone!
After an extensive period of development, I'm beyond thrilled to share that our dashboard and web interface is now ready for closed beta testing. Communities that are interested in using our software in production while sharing any issues/bugs they face are invited to create a workspace. To get started, please head to the account dashboard to apply for beta access. Once you've been provided with beta access, you can then create a workspace and begin using Kyro to its full extent.
However, you may be wondering what distinguishes Kyro from other HR platforms. First and foremost, we have an active team who can assist you in minutes, with our average support response time being 5 minutes and 20 seconds via live chat. Additionally, we have no advertised features locked to Pro, with our paid plan upgrading limits and unlocking additional tools instead. It's infuriating when every tool is locked behind a paywall — at Kyro, you upgrade when you scale.
You can learn more about our Pro plan on our marketing website and the settings page of your workspace. Our team are ready to assist within standard office hours on the site through live chat. If you require assistance or support with anything related to our service, don't hesitate to reach out.
We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share more with you all! Thanks for sticking with Kyro.
We're pleased to announce that an update for Kyro has been released. If you notice any bugs or quality concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@kyrohr.cc or through our live chat system on our documentation. Additionally, you're more than welcome to use our feature request system for any suggestions which you may have for Kyro — we'd love to hear from you. Thank you for your continued support towards our service!
In this update, we've added new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Dashboard:We've released our first iteration of the dashboard. Accessible through the dashboard button on our marketing website, you can now open a portal which includes information about your account, a settings area and workspace selection panel. This feature is in closed beta; please reach out to us if you're interested in using our web interface for your group. This is in very early development, but we'll keep working on the dashboard; eventually, it'll become the primary way you interact with Kyro.
- Former Employees:You can now open employee profiles for users who previously worked at your organisation. This can be done by using the/set-formercommand; when viewing a former employee's profile, a badge will display indicating that they previously worked at your organisation. You can also use the/list-formerscommand to view a list of all your current former employees. To remove someone as a former, just run the/set-formercommand again.
- Activity Tracking:Our in-game activity tracking module has been updated and now uses Kyro's API from start to finish, instead of relying on external services like we did previously. This means that our module will remain functional, and you'll only need to replace it if we push an update to the module. You can find the new, working module here.
- Account Setup:Instead of using RoVer for Roblox account verification, we now use a code-in-bio system. We hope to migrate to Bloxlink in the future, however this is a stable solution until further notice.
- Verification:We've been verified by Discord! Our bot now has the shiny verified checkmark to prove authenticity and reliability.
- Enhancements:When you receive an email, it'll now open with your Roblox username. This is useful if you have more than one Roblox account using our service, while adding further personality to each email. We've also slightly adjusted the way our email API functions. Account setup process is more aesthetically pleasing, and manual verification processes have been added when Roblox verification fails on account setup. Documentation and live chat now has a light mode which can be toggled in the top right, and workspace configuration panel uses built-in role and channel dropdowns. We'll be doing the same for session and wallet configuration very soon!
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.

In this update, we've added two new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Lists:Ever since our founding, our domain has redirected to our documentation. Moving forward, you'll be welcomed to our brand new landing website, which contains information about Kyro's services, alongside links to our platform. The website also entails a dashboard access button, allowing authorised workspaces to access the dashboard, and non-authorised workspaces to join the waitlist.
- Documentation Rework:We've reviewed every page of the documentation to ensure all descriptions are detailed and efficient. As well as this, the style of the documentation has been updated to match the website, reinforcing our brand identity.
- Bug Fixes:A wide variety bugs have been fixed. This new version of Kyro should be much smoother than usual!

In this update, we've added two new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Lists:Using our new lists feature, administrators are able to keep track of employees and maintain organisation while managing. While this is a simple system, it's proven to be effective in workspaces of all sizes.
- Workspace Warnings:You can now use the/view-warningscommand to access a list of all employees who have active warnings, categorised from most warnings to least warnings. You can use this command at the end of the week (after /check-quota) to see which staff members have exceeded the warning threshold. We're adding a system which automatically alerts you when an employee reaches a warning threshold in the nearby future.

In this update, we've added two new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Account Setup Rework:We've reworked the way accounts are now created! When creating an account, your inputted Roblox username is verified withRoVer. Once account ownership has been confirmed, you'll then be sent an email with a code to confirm ownership of your email too. Following your input of the code, your account will be created. This system should help combat fraud and ensure all accounts are secured and verified. We've also reached out to Bloxlink so we can scan both RoVer and Bloxlink databases for Roblox account verification; but for now, RoVer it is.
- Access Keys:When our support team needs to view information about your workspace, an access key is required. You'll need to collect this one-time key, accessible through the/access-keycommand, and share it with the team member to enable them to view your workspace information. Running the command again will regenerate the key and disconnect any team member from viewing your workspace details. This new system is designed to maintain workspace privacy and security for our customers.
- Bug Fixes:A wide variety bugs have been fixed. This new version of Kyro should be much smoother than usual!
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.
