Wallet & More

If you notice any bugs or quality concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@kyrohr.cc or through our live chat system on our documentation. Additionally, you're more than welcome to use our feature request system for any suggestions which you may have for Kyro — we'd love to hear from you. Thank you for your continued support towards our service!
In this update, we've added five new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Employee Information:Moving forward, when using the/profilecommand, you'll be greeted with a variety of information about the employee, such as their platform usernames, identification numbers, timestamps and account status.
- Notes:A new section has been added to the profiles called notes. This allows administrators to add notes which all admins can see, but the employee cannot. Notes is a nice space to add some details or thoughts about an employee.
- Forms:We now have a new feature called forms, which acts like a questionnaire. Using forms, you can collect information by a single command, and automatically store it in a channel. You can think of it like a simplified Google Forms, but built-in to your Kyro software.
- Wallet:Our wallet system, previously called KyroPay, has now been released to the public! Wallet is the all-in-one tool for managing staff payrolls and rewards. With three balances and activity logs, wallet motivates both employees and administrators to work harder.
- Background Checks:From the use of a single command, our team can review the history of a Roblox user to ensure that only individuals with pristine reputations access your internal workforce. With a Pro license, we'll reach out to their past workspaces on your behalf to gain an insight on how they perform in an environment similar to yours.
- Miscellaneous:A variety of miscellaneous enhancements have been made, including two new commands (/list-staff,/list-admins), the ability to view sessions with the/activitycommand, the profile tracking system working more effectively, and some more internal tools for our employees.
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.

In this update, we've introduced three new commands, two new features, one feature improvement and backend improvements to our security system. You can check out our changelog below.
- Knowledgebase:Workspace members can now use the/knowledgebasecommand to view all the resources set by workspace administrators. If you're an administrator, you can click on the buttons on the knowledgebase panel to add or remove documents from the knowledgebase. Knowledgebase is your new central hub for storing and accessing documents.
- Weekly Reset:Administrators can use the/reset-weekcommand to reset all weekly in-game activity and session attendance data. Activity commands (minutes, activity, leaderboard) all use weekly data. To view the data from all-time, please head to the employee profile. The weekly data, as well as the all-time statistics, will be displayed.
- KyroPay:KyroPay is the new system for managing staff payrolls. From streamlined balance updating to personalised cashout flows, KyroPay is suitable for any group which requires staff payrolls. At the moment, KyroPay is an invite-only feature which we use for our ambassador programme and selected workspaces. You can reach out to our support team if you'd like to gain access.
- Enhanced Security:Following the recent data loss incident, we've updated our internal managerial and development policies for data handling. Your data is now stored in brand new servers, which do not interfere with Kyro's day-to-day operational servers.
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.

In this update, we've introduced two new commands and backend improvements to our activity tracking system. You can check out our changelog below.
- Self Tracking:Staff members can now run the/activitycommand to view their own in-game activity. This operates similar to the /minutes command; however, only workspace administrators can use the /minutes command as it provides the option to view anyone's in-game activity, whereas the new /activity command only allows you to view your activity. Please note that for this to work, your server nickname must be the same as your Roblox username. In the future, we intend to create a verification system to combat this — however, this is the solution for now.
- Activity Leaderboard:You can now view the activity leaderboard through the/leaderboardcommand as a staff member! This new command shows the 10 top-performing staff members in terms of their in-game weekly activity. At the bottom of the leaderboard, your place on the leaderboard is also displayed! This is a great way to encourage your employees to improve their in-game activity.

In this update, a variety of our features have been upgraded to promote maximum compatibility and performance. You can check out our changelog below.
- Configuration:When using the configure command to adjust your workspace settings, you can now see a list of your currently configured settings. We'll also remind you when you've forgotten to configure a module.
- Personnel Identification:When you review the profile of an official Kyro employee, a tag will appear on their profile. This won't affect how you can interact with them, and is purely cosmetic and aims to prevent fraud and improve verifiability.
- Initialisation:Kyro now initialises all workspaces when the bot is restarted, meaning workspace-based commands will respond faster. We've added a loading message for the commands that may take a few seconds to retrieve your data.
- Tracking:Kyro now tracks in-game activity down to the second. However, this data is loaded once the employee leaves the experience to reduce the pressure on our API. With Kyro, you can now confirm how much a staff member is contributing towards your sessions!
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.
