- Workspace Warnings:You can now use the/view-warningscommand to access a list of all employees who have active warnings, categorised from most warnings to least warnings. You can use this command at the end of the week (after /check-quota) to see which staff members have exceeded the warning threshold. We're adding a system which automatically alerts you when an employee reaches a warning threshold in the nearby future.

Account Setup & Keys
We're pleased to announce that an update for Kyro has been released. In this update, we've added two new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Account Setup Rework:We've reworked the way accounts are now created! When creating an account, your inputted Roblox username is verified withRoVer. Once account ownership has been confirmed, you'll then be sent an email with a code to confirm ownership of your email too. Following your input of the code, your account will be created. This system should help combat fraud and ensure all accounts are secured and verified. We've also reached out to Bloxlink so we can scan both RoVer and Bloxlink databases for Roblox account verification; but for now, RoVer it is.
- Access Keys:When our support team needs to view information about your workspace, an access key is required. You'll need to collect this one-time key, accessible through the/access-keycommand, and share it with the team member to enable them to view your workspace information. Running the command again will regenerate the key and disconnect any team member from viewing your workspace details. This new system is designed to maintain workspace privacy and security for our customers.
- Bug Fixes:A wide variety bugs have been fixed. This new version of Kyro should be much smoother than usual!

In this update, we've added five new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Automatic Quota Review:Administrators can now use the/check-quotacommand to view a list of all employees who completed and didn't complete quota. There is also a button which allows you to automatically warn everyone who hasn't completed their quota. As well as this, an end-of-week review is sent to the logging channel when the week is reset.
- Session Quota:Sessions are now tracked and can be used as a quota requirement! Employees can track their session activity with the/activitycommand, while administrators can check employees with the/checkcommand. We've also added three different leaderboards (minutes, hosted sessions, attended sessions) to increase activity engagement.
- Achievements & Flags:Accessible through employee profiles, you can now view a variety of system-generated achievements and flags which provide further details about the employee. There are 6 in total right now, and we'll be adding more in the future! We're also looking into a way for employees to see their own achievements.
- Trust & Safety:As Kyro grows, so does malpractice. Our Trust & Safety Team have been equipped with a variety of tools to enforce our Terms of Service. Please ensure your account and workspace remains in compliance with our terms. Additionally, you can report any platform misuse you see to trust@kyrohr.cc. Safety at Kyro is our top priority.
- Bug Fixes & Enhancements:As well as our unannounced enhancement update, we've made it so you can simply type in the name of channels and roles during workspace configuration, instead of needing to copy and paste IDs. We'll be updating the module configurations to follow this format in the upcoming days. In addition to this, a wide variety bugs have been fixed. This new version of Kyro should be much smoother than usual!

In this update, we've added five new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- AI Assistant:Each workspace is now equipped with their own personal AI assistant, packed with information about users and workspaces to push your group to the next level. And best of all, it's completely free with no usage limitations!
- Sessions Rework:Our sessions system has been completely reworked. You can now create custom sessions with unique announcements, log attendance silently, and enable employees to keep track of their session hosting and attendance with a single command.
- Silent Infractions:By enabling the optional silent parameter when issuing and deleting infractions, the DM notification can be bypassed. This is particularly useful for groups who prefer to use their own notification system while using Kyro for logging.
- Theme Rebrand:We've shifted from our tacky purple/multicolour theme to a pure white look, which we think looks a lot more sleek. Additionally, many embeds have been adjusted to increase professionalism levels. Our documentation, status page and feedback portal have been updated to reflect this change.
- Bug Fixes:A vast selection bugs have been fixed. This new version of Kyro should be much smoother than usual!

Billing Migration
We've been experiencing consistent issues with Stripe, and we've made the difficult but necessary decision to move away from Stripe's payment system. Moving forward, all payments will be processed through Ko-Fi, which is still powered by Stripe, but everything is managed through Ko-Fi. With this upgrade, we're pleased to inform you that our purchase system is now almost automated! Upon purchasing, you'll be sent a license code by a team member, which you can automatically use for a workspace upgrade.
To make a purchase, run the /pro command and tap on the payment link. Once you've checked out, our billing team will send you your license code within 24 hours; however, this usually only takes 2-6 hours. Upon receiving your license code, run the /pro command again, tap on the claim button, enter your license code, and your workspace will be automatically upgraded.
With this new license code system, we're excited to implement upcoming changes and updates, including a new gifting system, more giveaways of license codes, and so much more. It's also easier to claim discounts - with discount codes still being an option, you can also tap on a link for an instant discount store-wide.
Since this was a major adjustment to our servers, you may experience issues when trying to use anything related to billing or workspace settings. If you do, reach out to our team at your earliest convenience, so our engineers can address the issue appropriately. Thank you for your patience as we adjusted our billing systems - we appreciate your cooperation!

In this update, we've added five new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
- Employee Information:Moving forward, when using the/profilecommand, you'll be greeted with a variety of information about the employee, such as their platform usernames, identification numbers, timestamps and account status.
- Notes:A new section has been added to the profiles called notes. This allows administrators to add notes which all admins can see, but the employee cannot. Notes is a nice space to add some details or thoughts about an employee.
- Forms:We now have a new feature called forms, which acts like a questionnaire. Using forms, you can collect information by a single command, and automatically store it in a channel. You can think of it like a simplified Google Forms, but built-in to your Kyro software.
- Wallet:Our wallet system, previously called KyroPay, has now been released to the public! Wallet is the all-in-one tool for managing staff payrolls and rewards. With three balances and activity logs, wallet motivates both employees and administrators to work harder.
- Background Checks:From the use of a single command, our team can review the history of a Roblox user to ensure that only individuals with pristine reputations access your internal workforce. With a Pro license, we'll reach out to their past workspaces on your behalf to gain an insight on how they perform in an environment similar to yours.
- Miscellaneous:A variety of miscellaneous enhancements have been made, including two new commands (/list-staff,/list-admins), the ability to view sessions with the/activitycommand, the profile tracking system working more effectively, and some more internal tools for our employees.
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.

In this update, we've introduced three new commands, two new features, one feature improvement and backend improvements to our security system. You can check out our changelog below.
- Knowledgebase:Workspace members can now use the/knowledgebasecommand to view all the resources set by workspace administrators. If you're an administrator, you can click on the buttons on the knowledgebase panel to add or remove documents from the knowledgebase. Knowledgebase is your new central hub for storing and accessing documents.
- Weekly Reset:Administrators can use the/reset-weekcommand to reset all weekly in-game activity and session attendance data. Activity commands (minutes, activity, leaderboard) all use weekly data. To view the data from all-time, please head to the employee profile. The weekly data, as well as the all-time statistics, will be displayed.
- KyroPay:KyroPay is the new system for managing staff payrolls. From streamlined balance updating to personalised cashout flows, KyroPay is suitable for any group which requires staff payrolls. At the moment, KyroPay is an invite-only feature which we use for our ambassador programme and selected workspaces. You can reach out to our support team if you'd like to gain access.
- Enhanced Security:Following the recent data loss incident, we've updated our internal managerial and development policies for data handling. Your data is now stored in brand new servers, which do not interfere with Kyro's day-to-day operational servers.

In this update, we've introduced two new commands and backend improvements to our activity tracking system. You can check out our changelog below.
- Self Tracking:Staff members can now run the/activitycommand to view their own in-game activity. This operates similar to the /minutes command; however, only workspace administrators can use the /minutes command as it provides the option to view anyone's in-game activity, whereas the new /activity command only allows you to view your activity. Please note that for this to work, your server nickname must be the same as your Roblox username. In the future, we intend to create a verification system to combat this — however, this is the solution for now.
- Activity Leaderboard:You can now view the activity leaderboard through the/leaderboardcommand as a staff member! This new command shows the 10 top-performing staff members in terms of their in-game weekly activity. At the bottom of the leaderboard, your place on the leaderboard is also displayed! This is a great way to encourage your employees to improve their in-game activity.
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.
