We're pleased to announce that an update for Kyro has been released. If you notice any bugs or quality concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@kyrohr.cc or through our live chat system on our documentation. Additionally, you're more than welcome to use our feature request system for any suggestions which you may have for Kyro — we'd love to hear from you. Thank you for your continued support towards our service!
In this update, we've added new features and improved existing features. You can check out our changelog below.
  • Dashboard:
We've released our first iteration of the dashboard. Accessible through the dashboard button on our marketing website, you can now open a portal which includes information about your account, a settings area and workspace selection panel. This feature is in closed beta; please reach out to us if you're interested in using our web interface for your group. This is in very early development, but we'll keep working on the dashboard; eventually, it'll become the primary way you interact with Kyro.
  • Former Employees:
You can now open employee profiles for users who previously worked at your organisation. This can be done by using the
    /set-former
command; when viewing a former employee's profile, a badge will display indicating that they previously worked at your organisation. You can also use the
    /list-formers
command to view a list of all your current former employees. To remove someone as a former, just run the
    /set-former
    command again.
  • Activity Tracking:
Our in-game activity tracking module has been updated and now uses Kyro's API from start to finish, instead of relying on external services like we did previously. This means that our module will remain functional, and you'll only need to replace it if we push an update to the module. You can find the new, working module here.
  • Account Setup:
Instead of using RoVer for Roblox account verification, we now use a code-in-bio system. We hope to migrate to Bloxlink in the future, however this is a stable solution until further notice.
  • Verification:
We've been verified by Discord! Our bot now has the shiny verified checkmark to prove authenticity and reliability.
  • Enhancements:
When you receive an email, it'll now open with your Roblox username. This is useful if you have more than one Roblox account using our service, while adding further personality to each email. We've also slightly adjusted the way our email API functions. Account setup process is more aesthetically pleasing, and manual verification processes have been added when Roblox verification fails on account setup. Documentation and live chat now has a light mode which can be toggled in the top right, and workspace configuration panel uses built-in role and channel dropdowns. We'll be doing the same for session and wallet configuration very soon!
We hope you enjoy this update to Kyro! We'll continue to monitor feature requests and include approved suggestions in our next update.
