Add achievements and flags to employee profiles depending on their statistics, activity and behaviour. For example, achievements could be for things as simple as maintaining a clear disciplinary record, or even achieving the most minutes in-game. Flags could flag things to administrators on a profile, for example, if an employee is likely to fail their weekly quota, or if they're likely to burnout. Wellbeing is something we're interested in investigating for Kyro.
